Neonate/ Paeds: 1.5ml (Half tube) (Do not use 500ul paediatric microtube)

Disclaimer:
- Blood volume is calculated based on 60% PCV/HCT, hence if the patient has lower PCV/HCT (<60%), it may not be sufficient to run the test.
- Please note that the volume of blood required for adult tube is different due to larger tube diameter.
