Specimen Container	Roche Cell-Free DNA Collection Tube
Specimen Requirement	Two tubes of maternal whole blood filled up to the minimum fill line (6.5mL minimum in each tube) If multiple specimen draws are required for the patient, NIPT specimen is to be collected after EDTA and before fluoride oxalate tubes. Do not draw immediately after a heparin tube. In this situation, draw using an EDTA tube as a waste tube before using the NIPT Roche cfDNA tube.

Additional Information	Blood must be collected at 10 weeks of gestation or later. This test is only available for singleton and twin pregnancies. Specimens will be rejected if demised or vanishing twin is indicated. Please contact us if you intend to submit a sample for testing. We do not accept samples without prior arrangement.
