Citrated Whole Blood
20 mL Fill blood up to the marking on tube and mix well. Includes aggregation with 5 reagents (ADP, Collagen, Epinephrine, Arachidonic acid and ristocetin). Patient need to fast overnight prior to test and should not be on aspirin for at least 2 weeks for investigation of bleeding disorder. |
