Specimen Requirement	5 mL of EDTA blood 0.5-1 mL of CSF or Amniotic fluid.
Specimen Storage/Transport	Refrigerate sample until transfer to laboratory. Do not freeze. Send sample at 2^oC-8^oC. Send with an ice-pack. Sample must reach SGH laboratory within 24 hours after collection.
