Q. How do I prepare for my appointment?

A. Please come 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time for registration.

Q. What are the documents/items to bring for my appointment?

A. Please bring along:

Appointment card.
Any prior medical reports/results (prior assessments done), relevant to your child.
Baby Bonus card/MSW memorandum (if any).
Child’s favourite toy, book and snack.
A video (approx. 5 minutes) of parent-child interaction.
School report or sample of your child’s work (if your child is in school).
As the clinic rooms are air-conditioned, you may wish to bring a jacket/ sweater for the appointment.

Q. What are the payment types accepted by the clinic?

A. Payment for our service is by NETS, Credit Cards or CDA only.
Note: Extension of time per session is chargeable.
