Plain Blood
Adult: 3 mL
Paediatric: 1.3 mL
 
Blood specimen should be drawn at least 6 - 8 hours after the last dose

Specimen Storage / Transport

Send immediately. Routine transport will leave for SGH on Mon - Fri: 9 am, 11:30 am & 3 pm , Sat: 9 am & 11 am. Specimen received after these timing should be sent via urgent transport.
