Specimen Requirement

Whole Blood 
5 mL

Gently invert the tubes several times to prevent clotting.


Phlebotomist's name & signature must be provided on the specimen label.
Specimen should not be collected after 2pm on Friday as it cannot be stored over the weekend.

Specimen Storage / Transport

Do not refrigerate specimen. Store specimen at room temperature.
