Instructions Before Sampling: 1. Patient should avoid taking either gadolinium or iodine containing contrast media for at least 4 days as they can interfere with trace metal tests. 2. Finger prick method is discouraged for sampling as it can contribute to contamination.
Do not centrifuge as whole blood is required.
