Specimen Requirement	1. Amniotic Fluid (AF) = GA < 16 weeks: 30ml (No direct extraction. Sample will be cultured) = GA > 16 weeks: 30ml (10ml taken using 10ml syringe for direct extraction) 2. 3ml Whole blood EDTA tube from mother. Sterile technique must be observed.
Specimen Storage/Transport	Store at room temperature and transport to laboratory as soon as possible.
