Specimen Requirement	15 mg chorionic villus sample (CVS) or 30 mL amniotic fluid, with 3 mL EDTA maternal blood Patient's / Parent's consent required. Hard copy consent required. Please do not share specimen with other labs.
Specimen Storage/Transport	Transport at room temperature on the same day of collection.
