Specimen Requirement	1.Peel scab using sterile needle. 2.Remove whole scab using tweezers. 3.Use a scapel and scrape the entire area of the basal lesion to collect as much cellular materials as possible. 4.Gently spread it on a clean glass slide and air dry.
