General Instruction:
 1.  Inversion
All tubes with additives should be filled to their stated volumes and gently inverted (according to recommended number of inversions) as soon as possible after filling so that the additives mix evenly throughout the specimen.

2. Blood Collection for Citrate tube
Blood must be filled at least up to the minimum fill indicator on the tube to ensure correct dilution factor of blood to citrate. Overfilled or underfilled citrate tubes will be rejected as wrong dilutions can lead to erroneous results.
