Profile

Dr Tyebally is a senior consultant working in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. Aside from treating patients with acute illnesses and injuries, he is passionate about post graduate medical education, injury prevention and global health. He is a faculty member in both the Paediatric and Emergency Medicine residency programmes. As a champion of injury prevention, he has worked with many stakeholders like ActiveSG and the Singapore Police Force. He helped prepare several national technical references in water safety and sports safety for the Singapore Standards Council. His interest in global health has given him the opportunity to work in many counties like Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, South Africa and Pakistan. Dr Tyebally was awarded the Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore Award 2009 – Merit for his contribution to children.
