Profile

Dr Eugene Huang is a Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Urogynaecologist in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008, and started his specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. During his training, he was awarded the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (Singapore) and the Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (United Kingdom). He completed his specialist training and subsequently pursued subspecialty training in Urogynaecology. He was conferred the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) award to further pursue his subspecialty and successfully completed his fellowship in Urogynaecology and Advanced Laparoscopy in Kameda Medical Center, Japan. He is a council member of the College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Singapore (Academy of Medicine, Singapore), and is affiliated with several professional organisations, including the International Urogynecological Association (IUGA), International Continence Society (ICS) and Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore (OGSS). He is well versed with the management of general obstetrics and gynaecological conditions, as well as urogynaecological conditions such as female urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse.
