Dr Julian Kang Hean Leng is a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH). In 2000, he graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast, United Kingdom. Since then, he have trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the United Kingdom, where he obtained the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) from the General Medical Council (GMC, UK). He was entered onto the UK Specialist Register in 2011. Worked as a Consultant in the UK within the NHS (National Health Service) framework since September 2012. In September 2016, he relocated to Singapore and started work at KKH.
