Dr Siew Jia Xuan

Dr Siew Jia Xuan graduated from National University of Singapore in 2003. She became accepted as a basic specialist trainee in Pediatrics in 2005. She was awarded Membership to the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child health in the UK in 2008 and went on to attain accreditation with the specialist accreditation board as a specialist in Paediatric Medicine in 2012.

She completed her postgraduate training and gained a wide range of experience at KK women’s and Children’s Hospital in the Departments of Paediatric Medicine, paediatric Subspecialties, Paediatric Intensive care, children’s emergency and Neonatology.

She currently holds the position of a Senior Consultant (Clinician) in General Paediatrics Service and has special interest in paediatric endocrinology. She sees patients with a variety of paediatric problems as well as diabetes and general endocrine patients in her ambulatory paediatrics and endocrine clinic sessions.

She is active in education in between her clinical duties and holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor, Duke–NUS; Clinical Physician Faculty member, Paediatrics, SingHealth Residency Programme; Adjunct Assistant Professor in Department of Paediatrics, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

She is passionate about empowering parents to provide the best for their children.
