Launch of a health chatbot service, UPAL (Urgent- Paediatric Advice Line)

The Urgent Paediatric Advice Line (UPAL) is a 24 hours daily online service that serves to assist parents with access to information related to common childhood conditions before going to the Children's Emergency. By reducing unnecessary non-urgent attendance, patients at KKH Children's Emergency would have a shorter waiting time and reduced exposure to diseases. This has enhanced patient's experience while ensuring safe and efficient patient care delivery.
