As the saying goes, 'It takes a village to raise a child'. The Department of Child Development believes in collaborating with the community in creating a better tomorrow for children with developmental needs. The department provides consultations and outreach initiatives related to early intervention for children. Our collaborators include primary health & community services, the Early Childhood Development Agency, preschools and philanthropic organisations.
