The Cytology Laboratory provides microscopic analysis of gynaecological cervical smears, effusions and fine-needle aspiration specimens from various body sites for the detection of both benign and malignant conditions. Our staff provide on-site fine needle aspiration technical support to verify the adequacy of samples obtained in real time.
